
Ray Branson
Prior to being one of the founding partners of Millennium Informatics, LLC, Ray founded Med MT, a medical transcription and electronic document management company that is a business affiliate of Millennium. Ray also developed a personal productivity improvement program called ‘Nextplan,’ which he has implemented within his own organizations, taught in graduate school and consulted with businesses. With over 30 years in the healthcare industry, Ray has served as CEO of two healthcare systems and founded a long term acute care hospital company. Ray was an early leader in the managed care movement, forming the second provider-based PPO in the State of Texas. He has facilitated the development and management of independent physician associations (IPAs), physician hospital organizations (PHOs), and medical service organizations (MSOs) to provide value-added products, services and solutions to his organizations’ medical staffs. This philosophy continues in Millennium Informatics and through membership in organizations, such as, Bexar County (San Antonio, TX) Medical Society’s ‘Circle of Friends.’
Ray has held leadership positions in a number of organizations, including American College of Healthcare Executives, Texas Hospital Association and VHA (Voluntary Hospitals of America), Southwest, serving as chairman of the board. Ray is a Doctor of Pharmacy, having graduated from the University of Oklahoma, and holds a M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX, where he was awarded the Dean Duce award as outstanding graduate and taught ‘Executive Leadership’ as adjunct faculty. He has authored several published articles.

Prior to his Systems Integration career, Kingsley was a systems engineer working in several
industries such as Banking, Manufacturing and Healthcare. He was the first systems designer to ever automate the entire Olympic Games for Los Angeles in 1984, which was a huge success for the city and the games.
